SkylightCompany.uk surveys, supplies and fits skylights and rooflights across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group, a construction and property group whose glazing work started with S&K Glazing Ltd.
How we work
Every new installation starts with a free survey. We measure the opening, check the roof build-up and structure, and talk through glass, ventilation and blinds. You then receive a fixed price in writing, and nothing is ordered or paid for until you agree it.
Installation is carried out by experienced installers working for us. Your contract is always with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd.
What we will and will not claim
- We show reviews only from real customers on independent platforms — never written or edited by us.
- We do not display trade-body or accreditation logos unless a membership is held and current.
- Product certifications and test results belong to the manufacturers; we pass on their documents.
- Guide prices are typical ranges, not offers; your price is the one in your written quote.
- The room and roof images on this website are computer-generated examples of typical products and settings, not photographs of our completed jobs. We will replace them with real project photos as they become available.
Who we are not
SkylightCompany.uk is not connected with any other business trading under a similar name. If you have been dealing with another company about rooflights, please check whose quote you hold.
