What do commercial & industrial rooflights in Largs involve?
Commercial & industrial rooflights in Largs means rooflights for warehouses, schools, offices and retail units. We cover the KA30 district and the rest of Ayrshire, with a survey before any price is fixed.
Many Scottish homes have dormers and attic rooms where an extra roof window adds light without a full dormer. In Largs, as anywhere, commercial & industrial rooflights are the usual choice for warehouses, schools, offices and retail units.
We work across Ayrshire, including Largs, and in neighbouring towns such as Dunoon and Greenock. Access, parking and how the glass reaches the roof are all checked at the survey.
Specification options
- Polycarbonate domes

Before you order: points to check

Rules and responsibilities in Largs
For non-domestic buildings, planning depends on the building and its location; building regulations cover thermal performance and the fire classification of rooflights near boundaries. Product data for building control is supplied with every quote.
For non-domestic buildings in Scotland, the non-domestic Technical Handbook (section 6) sets the energy standards for rooflights; we supply the manufacturer's data for the building warrant. Fire classification of rooflight materials near boundaries is checked at specification.
