How we approach commercial & industrial rooflights in Bo'ness
Our commercial & industrial rooflights service in Bo'ness covers rooflights for warehouses, schools, offices and retail units. Every job starts with a survey of the opening, the roof covering and the room below, and a fixed written price.
Short winter days in Scotland make every square metre of overhead glass count, so rooflight sizing matters. Think of commercial & industrial rooflights for warehouses, schools, offices and retail units.
We work across the Forth Valley, including Bo'ness, and in neighbouring towns such as Grangemouth and Falkirk. Access, parking and how the glass reaches the roof are all checked at the survey.

Things we check at survey

Building control and safety duties in Bo'ness
For non-domestic buildings, planning depends on the building and its location; building regulations cover thermal performance and the fire classification of rooflights near boundaries. Product data for building control is supplied with every quote.
For non-domestic buildings in Scotland, the non-domestic Technical Handbook (section 6) sets the energy standards for rooflights; we supply the manufacturer's data for the building warrant. Fragile-roof safety and access are planned before work starts.
