How we approach commercial & industrial rooflights in Craigavon
We handle commercial & industrial rooflights across County Armagh, including Craigavon. In short: rooflights for warehouses, schools, offices and retail units. The survey checks structure, weathering and orientation, so the quote reflects your actual roof.
Many Northern Irish homes have later flat-roofed kitchen extensions where an old dome can be swapped for glass. Typical uses for commercial & industrial rooflights include industrial roofs with tired or fragile rooflight sheets.
We cover all of Craigavon and the BT62 district, and nearby Lurgan and Portadown.
Options we can specify in Craigavon
- Polycarbonate domes

- Mesh or grilles under fragile areas
- Modular glass rooflights
- Fall-protection planning included
- Replacement of discoloured or fragile sheets
Before you order: points to check
- Fire performance of rooflight materials matters near boundaries
- Asbestos surveys may be needed on older roofs
Rules and responsibilities in Craigavon
On commercial roofs the main questions are usually building control, fire classification of rooflight materials and safe access rather than householder permitted development. We confirm the route for your building before ordering.
For non-domestic buildings in Northern Ireland, Technical Booklet F2 covers energy performance; we supply the manufacturer's data for building control. Fragile-roof safety and access are planned before work starts.
Read the planning permission guide before you commit to a design.
