Dome rooflights for Bridlington: the essentials
Thinking about dome rooflights in Bridlington? The short answer: polycarbonate and acrylic domes for flat roofs, new or replacement. The longer answer depends on your roof, which is why we survey before we price.
Converted barns and mills in Yorkshire often suit bespoke or ridge rooflights that follow the original structure. Typical uses for dome rooflights include schools, flats and commercial flat roofs.
Neighbouring towns include Hornsea (19 km) and Scarborough (26 km). We offer a survey date when we reply to your enquiry.

Rules and responsibilities in Bridlington
For non-domestic buildings, planning depends on the building and its location; building regulations cover thermal performance and the fire classification of rooflights near boundaries. We confirm the route for your building before ordering.
For buildings other than dwellings, Approved Document L Volume 2 sets limiting U-values of 2.2 W/m²K for rooflights and 3.0 W/m²K for roof ventilators, including smoke vents. Fire classification of rooflight materials near boundaries is checked at specification.
Read the planning permission guide before you commit to a design.
